A check with the number of *** has been printed The paperwork was not sent to me until 7/ I told *** as soon as I had the paperwork I would be able to print the check for her She had not told me the location of her reservation was at Sonneborn or the group name of
*** *** Once this was known the paperwork was processed for me and sent over. I am a last stop of a check refund If paperwork is not given to me then I do not have the information to pay a guest for a refund
