Wheeler Heating & A/C, Inc.

Two things: 1. I contacted [redacted] of Wheeler heating and air that I believe there is a problem with my A/C. It is leaking some type of fluid. It may or may not be water. I asked he come and fix it. He never responded to this separate email. 2. I contacted [redacted] about the insulation surrounding the line that is part of the HVAC system. Mr. [redacted] did not replace this insulation in spite that it is worn and degraded to being over 22 years old. [redacted] responded that it wasn't in a contract and defiantly told Mr. [redacted] to "fix it himself". As a matter of fact, there WAS NO CONTRACT period. It should considered standard procedure that this be replaced because ALL OTHER CONTRACTOR'S said they would replace this. There was no contract that said this would NOT be replaced, and Mr. [redacted] requests that Mr. [redacted] replace this with new material.
