We are in receipt of the attached complaint and would like to address the customers concerns but are unable to identify the transaction referenced with the information given We were not open on the purchase date indicated in the complaint, so we performed a search for transactions matching either the customer first name or phone number given for all dates in and did not find anything matching?Would you be able to provide an invoice number or an order number?

The other $10.00 should be on its way to the shop via check tomorrow.  It will be coming from the corporate offices in Nashville.
