What A Great Gift

This business "What A Great Gift" sold framed personalized sports team photos (ie locker room jerseys) at a craft show and at Polaris Mall. I ordered a print of a team they said they had but not at the craft show I was at. Didn't receive it when promised, called over next couple weeks and was repeatedly promised it would be delivered but it did not happen. Finally they admitted they didn't have the team we ordered as promised, so a refund was offered and requested. They stated they were unable to refund my credit card but would send a check. I didn't receive check as promised, so I called and it was promised to be in the mail that day. After waiting more than enough time for it to arrive by mail I still didn't receive a check, and 2 follow up calls were not returned.
