I would like to highly recommend WHALEN PAINTING LLC for the
extremely excellent job he did in painting (outside and
inside) my rental property that was left a mess by my
previous tenants. Mr. Curtz was extremely professional
(hard to find in these days and age). He was very thorough,
courteous, honest, easy to reach, he did what he promised to do and more, and finished his job on time. The price was
very reasonable considering the super job he did. I am so
impressed with the job he did that, I will call on him
whenever I need his expertise for all my other rentals.
I would love to have him paint my home, but unfortunately,
I live in California. If anyone needs an excellent painter at a reasonable price, please call this company, I assure
you that you will not be disappointed!!!
Whalen Painting LLC was hired to paint, repair stucco, fix cracks and holes in wood and replace trim boards on my home and block fence. While the contracted work was being done my property was damaged. Trim board was not properly fitted (too short) leaving about a half an inch gap from the end of the trim to the house now there is an exposed hole in the stucco on the house. This board was also not primed or painted before reattaching. The door moldings were crammed back in to fit and the factory installed molding on the bottom of the casing was missing altogether. Large globs of dried concrete was left on the ground where the block fence was repaired. Globs of caulk and the tips of the caulk tube were left in the grass and deco rock areas daily. Paint overspray on the bushes, patio, deco rock and roof shingles. Cracking wood was just painted over and not sanded first and some of the wood trim still needs another coat of paint. Before all could be addressed the painter abruptly finished. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the outcome of the work performed. Having had time to thoroughly survey the work I now question the level of expertise and integrity.
