Before entering into the contract with the company, I explained what I wanted but gave the flexibility they needed to attain the goal. Mr. N understood exactly what I needed. All subcontractors were above reproach and were professionals at their craft. No money was given up front but was expected every week as work was completed. Based on previous negative experience with former contractors, Mr. N made sure we did not have that type of experience with his company. Will recommend and use again.
