Mr Nesmith built our house 10 years ago. I have nothing but great things to say about the construction experience and the quality of our home. When we faced issues during construction, he was very easy to work with and very fair. He was always willing to make it right or offer to throw in something else if he couldn't. He even worked with us on septic tank problems (common in our neighborhood) past the time of his responsibility. Our house has been of high quality, and we've experienced little of the problems that usually occur in a new house over 10 years. I've recommended him highly to several friends.
