I realize this is not a properly run company, open another account and send them their transfer form filled out completely, it's not complicated. Nothing. Illegally they refuse to transfer the money and say they don't understand or can't read the form. I send it in again. Nothing. During all this they have locked my account repeatedly and not allowed access to anything. Legally they should have sent the money the first time I requested in November, the second time in February and hopefully now. I used my new custodians form the last time.
This has taken over 7 months and I an going to copy and paste this in a letter to the SEC. This looks like a scam to collect money and hold onto it.

This company has a commercial credit agreement with WEX Bank for the provision of fleet fuel cards We did an account review and in fact have found that the customer has repeatedly paid late and WEX has attempted to be accommodating and waive a number of these fees However, the payment in question was also made late as it was done by phone after the cut off time to have a payment process the same day (after 3:p.m.) Because the customer has already received numerous waivers, WEX Bank declined to waive the fee again as the customer has been provided with their credit terms which clearly state how many days the customer has to pay their invoices in addition to making sure that payment is sent in time to allow for processingIf there are further questions or additional information is needed, please let us know

Mr [redacted] 's company had a commercial fleet card with WEX Bank I did confirm that the account was closed and in fact the remaining balance of his security deposit ($1800) had already been returned to him This was in process at the time the complaint was filed As a general rule, WEX will hold security funds for a short period of time following the closure of an account to be sure that all authorized transactions have been cleared before returning the deposit If there are any additional questions, please let us know
