I am being charged for a service that I did not ask for, my ex-wife did
In around the September time frame my ex-wife contacted the wetsch *** law firm to have tenants in a house that we co-own, but she is the 55% owner of, to be served She on her own free will did so because the tenants owed her money, not myself She (my ex-wife) contacted the lawfirm and emailed me questions on what to do I never entered into a contract with them about this action and I did not ever agree to have 50% of the bill to be paid by me I am continuing to receive bills from the Wetsch *** law firm and I have contacted them four times already to get this resolved and nothing has changed thus far
