My insurance company believes this dental office commits billing fraud by manipulating service codes in order to over charge both insurance and personal expense costs. I went in for my annual dental checkup, xrays, and cleaning. The total cost before insurance was over $1900 and my insurance covered just over $1200 of it leaving me with the remaining over $600.
