Removed from list for Lincoln Way Senior Residence,Sparks NV., for refusing to pay a $100.00 fee if I changed my mind after examination of property.2/3/2016, applied for the under construction, but soon to be completed, Lincoln Way Senior Residence. I was first on the list.6/15/2016, removed from the list for refusing to commit to a $100.00 fee if apartments, upon construction completion, are not satisfactory.6/22/2016, contacted Weststates - no response.7/11/16, contacted NV Division of Housing,but not their domain. However, they were able to establish there is no $100.00 fee.7/26/2016, called by Weststates and told to reapply, going to the last on the list.7/28/2016, went to Lincoln Way, told I would have to apply, pay $15.00 just to examine an apartment. Declined and left.--I live in a Weststates managed apartment. I did not have to pay anything prior to viewing an apartment.--I was first. Where did the $100.00 fee go?Desired SettlementThe apartment I would have chosen being first on the list.
