To someone whom it may concern:
Dear Sir or Madame, I am [redacted] owner of Weststate cleaners, writing this
letter in regard of ID number [redacted] submitted on 11/18 /2013.
I did received the complaint from the customer brought back a long coat from BCBG
and said that, her Coat suppose to be Brand Banana Republic and asked me to
return her coat or pay her 500 dollars for her coat. She also claim that we had stole
her coat and replace with that coat which is exactly same size with the one she had.
As for my statement: I believe the customer had mistake about the brand of the coat
she had because: BCBG is more expensive than Banana Republic brand, if she had
the Receive from where she bought she could check it again to make sure and
submit the receive to Revdex.com to clarify it.
As for my store policy:
1: The store is not responsible for clothes that had been brought home (out of the
store).
2: The store policy on the back of the receipt say that: The company's liability with
respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for
processing it, which is we had charged her 3 dollars for press only.
I still had her BCBG coat in my possession and to back up my statement above I did
research on Banana Republic for long coat price, none ofthe coat is exceed 298 $but
from BCBG long coat price could be up to 700$ or more.
This will conclude my statement. If the Customer chose to contact me direct. She can
Email me at the Email address above.
Thank You.

Dear Sir/Madame:
This is in response to Weststate Cleaners' letter in
relation to the above-mentioned matter.
On November 18, 2013, I dropped off 3 coats for pressing
service at Weststate Cleaners.
On November 23, 2013, my husband went to Weststate Cleaners
to pick up the coats. When he returned
home, I realized that one of the coats does not belong to me; therefore, I
immediately brought that coat back to Weststate Cleaners. When I got to Weststate Cleaners, I asked the
two ladies that either work there/owners of the establishment to return my
original coat to me. The ladies stated
that they did not make a mistake and the coat that I bought back was indeed my
coat. They stated the above without
checking their inventory or with other employees first.
One of the ladies claimed that she is the manager , her name
is Mrs. [redacted], she stated to use profanity and continued to say that her employees
did not do anything wrong, including exchange or switch clothes. I told Mrs. [redacted] I'll give her a chance to
discuss this matter with her employees first before giving me an answer. Mrs. [redacted] agreed and told me to come back on
Monday and she'll have the answer for me at that time.
On Monday morning, November 25th, 2013, I returned to Weststate
Cleaners and again spoke with Mrs. [redacted], Mrs. [redacted] stated yelling that the
establishment did not make a mistake and insisted that the coat they gave me is
in fact my coat. At that time, I requested
to speak with the owner. Mrs. [redacted] then had
one of her employees called the owner in the back office. She than told me the owner, “Tu”, had asked me
to come back at 4:30pm to meet with him.
However, when I returned at 4:30pm, Mrs. [redacted] told me that
the owner was there but he left at 4pm due to and emergency and that for me to
check back. I told Mrs. [redacted] that I don't
want to play game and all I want is to have my coat back. If not, then they
need to pay me $500 though I paid $558 for the coat. If the owner continue to avoid me and doesn't
take care of this matter, he left me no choice but to file a complaint against
the establishment.
Regards,
Business

Dear Sir or Madame:
As of Weststates cleaners statement. I see that We did not doing anything wrong or lost the customer’s coat we still have the coat which is more expensive than the coat the customer said she lost. As I said, the customer need to check her receive to see if the brand of the coat were right and if I she had the receive she bought the coat for 558.40 with Banana Republic brand then prove it. Like I said the customer was Mistake with the Brand. (BCBG in stead of Banana Republic). If she is still want to file a complaint then let be it, Because there is no reasonable evidence that Weststates STOLE her coat like she said. We still had the coat with different brand.
Thank You for your concern.
