Westside Installers

I had a scheduled install for between 10 and 12. Time had been set up by Jeremy. When no one had shown up or called by 2 pm I called Jeremy's cell # It rang a number of times and then went to dead air...so I could not even leave a message. Finally got a call from Travis at 2:40 and he said they were on their way. Apparently they had not been able to pick up my item at [redacted] earlier, because it wasn't in yet. My problem with this is that no one from Westside Installers or from [redacted] bothered to call and let me know the time had changed. I find that a sloppy way to do business. I will be going back to [redacted] for my appliances, where the installers are on time...or at least call. On a good note, the installation was done in no time at all, and no mess.
