We bought a total of golf play vouchers at $each totaling $12,throughout early last year in multiple transactions in January and FebruaryWe bought these vouchers because the two people that sold them to us, Ms*** and *** *told us that they would not expireWe made cash payments to both Ms***, an independent contractor of Westridge Golf Course, and *** *, the Golf Course manager who gave us the vouchersThe vouchers said they would expire after six months and when we saw it, we confirmed with both *** and *** about the no expiration of these voucher despite what the voucher statedThey assured us that these would not expire especially since some of the vouchers had old datesWe proceeded to use these vouchers until the end of the year until the Golf course was bought under new ownership*** and *** are still working there, but now *** says that the vouchers are no longer valid and that they have expired and he does not have any recollection of s
Review: I attempted to book a tee time online and every time I entered my credit card information I received an error. I attempted 3 times and gave up, called the golf course and made a tee time over the phone. Later I noticed that I had 3 charges pending on 11/20/2013 on my bank card they were eventually charged for $141.98, one charge on 11/25/2013 and two charges on 11/26/2013 all for the same amount. When I showed up for my tee time on 11/23/2013 I had to pay once I showed up because none of my online payments were registering. I spoke to a gentlemen at the shop named [redacted] and he stated that they were aware of the online payment issues and that I was not the only person having this issue. They were going to refund all the transactions. As of now they refunded one transaction for $141.98 but have failed to refund the other two transactions for $141.98. I have made repeated efforts to call golf shop leaving [redacted] messages and also explaining to people who pick up at the golf shop my issue. I have not received a single call back. At this point I have no choice but to file this complaint via the Revdex.com. I just want my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I want the two charges of $141.98 refunded back to my card immediately and want to be notified once its done.
