So I’ve been dealing with these people for almost a year. I contacted them in reference to some loose boards on my deck and all I’ve been getting from them is a bunch of empty promises and lies. Someone would email me and say they’re gonna fix it or they’re gonna check the schedule to see when someone can come out and that was in January. This company is the worst and I WILL NOT refer them to ANYBODY. As a matter of fact I would defer any and everybody who would listen to not retain there business. They can’t be trusted and I have a multi tutor emails to prove they’re liars and incapable of following through with promises.

So I wish I had the same great experience that others had but I didn’t. They came recommended by my neighbor who spoke highly of Mike and Westpoint Designs. So I reached out to Mike in reference to some loose boards and railing. He respond and told me he’d send someone out, that was June 28th. So I reached out to him again on July 21st and I got no response. So now I need to know if the deck they installed had a permit and if so I need a copy of it. So those of you out there whose willing to take a risk and hire these people make sure you ask about a permit and get a copy. So a couple of days ago I reached out again to enquire about this permit and even though it was only a few days ago I truly and honestly believe he WILL NOT respond again. I will deter ANYONE from using Westpoint Designs and my next step is to contact the BBB and submit a complaint there as well. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. He’s not worth the headache and then he has the audacity to post pictures of my deck and house without my permission on his fb page. I would like those pictures taken down. You are unprofessional and that should noted. STAY AWAY PEOPLE! I have left some screenshot correspondence from the company and as you can see I still haven’t had ANYONE COME OUT. Completely unacceptable.

Westpoint designs was one of three companies who made bids on our bathroom remodeling job. Initially, *** was a bit slow getting his bid submitted but he indicated that they could get started on it soon but would not rush the job by trying to do it in one or two days. The bid was low with a caveat that if we wanted a complete remodel that it could be more based on condition of the floor, walls, and ceiling exhaust. The work did take several days over two weeks but the primary worker, ***, was very precise and obviously took pride in his work. Afterwards, a cleaning crew came in to clean the bathroom and the adjacent family room where some dust had accumulated. The final cost was more than the initial estimate but still at or below the other estimates and it included a total remodel including new fixtures and painting of ceiling and walls.

As we ascended the stairs in our home after coming back from our honeymoon, my wife and I were greeted with a living room makeover. It felt like we were on a TV show because of how overwhelmingly surprised we were. We received cornices in our living room and kitchen. A new fireplace, two mounted book shelves, our flat screen was mounted, two accent chairs, and many other intricacies that created a beautiful ambiance in our newly remodeled space. WestPoint Designs, you did a fantastic job! If you're seriously considering adding some pizzazz to your home in any way, WestPoint Designs won't lead you astray! Thanks again and great job!

installed a frameless shower door in my bathroom. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his design sense, his problem solving skills, and his thoroughness. Given the design of my shower, he encountered some problems but quickly solved them and the shower is lovely. I would highly recommend him to others.
