Lease violations, and poor customer service
Email sent by me to the CEO of CitySearch on May 25th - I would like to send you the previous sequence of emails for contextThe reason for my complaint is self explanatory

I'm glad you brought up our lease agreementI wonder if you might take the time to read it because CitySearch violated it soon after we moved inWe received a written guarantee on signing the lease and paying our security deposit that a fence would be erected securing the back yard by August 15th This did not happenI was then advised by email that it would be erected the weekend of August 23rdAgain, this did not happen

They took the stress from our hands down to finding the right renters to making sure everything was up to par for the new tenantsThey look out for the owners security and investment
Watch out of extreme move out inspection and every opportunity for management to deduct funds from security depositI obtained judgement to return a portion of the funds deductedHowever for busy and transiting executives it is not worth the hassle!
