The product made my skin look like plastic.
When I sent back the product and cancelled further shipments it was a complete pain. Then the following month....I was charged again! Left a message on the site for someone to get in touch with me, they never did.
Then when I called I was left on a long hold before I was helped. It was obviously an over seas call center...I hate them. If the call center is there the product is most likely made there too! Anyway, they expected me to pay shipping and handling on the shipment they just sent out, after I had already cancelled! And the only way they would send me a return address was through the mail, they didn't do E-Mail! She told me to refuse the package, I told her that I've not the time to hang out at my mailbox.
This company is behind the times...send out product after I cancelled, call center and produced in another country and can't email....HORRIBLE!
My complaint is about the customer service. I cancelled my first call after being on hold for 15 minutes. Subsequent calls were the same. So I tried the Live Chat. I was told someone would get back to me. That never happened so I did the Live Chat a second time. I was #32 on the waiting list. So I waited until it was my turn from 12:20 to 12:45. Typed in that I wanted to cancel my membership and all related information. After several questions regarding why, I eventually got a response of "No problem. One moment please." I waited and waited, and waited. Never heard from them again. I really don't want to nor do I have the time to go through the process again. Terrible customer service.
Product is ok. You are on a monthly payment 3 monthly shipment, way to expensive and when you cancel you have to go through an entire process. You cannot cancel easily also you will still owe 2 months. Never again.
Unknown to me, I was signed up for a monthly shipment! This month, I was charged over $90 for some product. I returned it unopened for a ?full refund?. That anointed to a whopping $35!. Do NOT order from this disreputable company.
I placed an order in July and returned the product advising that I would like to cancel. Then in August I received an email that my Westmore Beauty product was on the way. I emailed and advised then that I had cancelled and please do not send the product. I was advised by Maggie that it was too late and that I would need to return the product and they would then process a refund. As of 12/13/18 I still have NOT received a refund for both orders. In addition it cost me $10 to return product that I did not order. I have sent 5 emails with no response. I tried calling which is just a call center that takes a message and forwards it to Westmore Beauty. I am less less pleased with this company and their lack of customer service and communication.
I made a purchase and followed the return policy. I have tracking number proof they received my return. I have never received my refund. I have emailed them twice and been unable to reach them by phone. It has been 3 weeks since they received my return.
Be careful when dealing with Westmore Beauty. They have zero customer service. I wanted to return for a different shade and they did not get back to me. Crickets!!
