I went into establishment weeks ago to redeem a small $credit for a deceased family member I was informed to bring in a death certificate to redeem I returned today only to have another employee tell me they could not "accept" that and needed to speak with owner I asked for owners name and phone number to avoid a THIRD trip - they refused to provide I also provided a collection of personal property affidavit to avoid further trips, but that was not accepted either The clerk refused to help and only caused further frustration over a very small amount of $
