I bought on Wednesday March 18 their advertised on*** product Clean Hands sanitizer for my pregnant daughter. They sent confirmation with link that does not bring to anywhere and phone from which text confirmation sent was not in service right away. I found on*** several similar complaints re fraud but company erasing them in few minutes. I tried to cancel transaction I posted on their*** page request to post a phone for cancellation. No answer. I emailed them my complaint and request to cancel transaction and return money. I disputed the charge with ***.
I am requesting the money back , and there is no any option for cancellation/return/refund.
Here is their 'confirmation? sent me as a text:

I bought sanitizer for my pregnant daughter who in few weeks will deliver a child. She did not received any products.

Refund The charge without any contact info for cancellation/refund/ should be considered as fraud and company refuse to reply on my email/comment on ***. They are not providing phone number . I requesting the full refund $51.98

This customer placed their order on March 19th at 1:17pm. At the time they placed their order, this message was on the front page, "*Due To High DemandAll Orders Placed after 3/15/20 12pm EST will be shipping Thursday 3/19/20 to Friday 3/20/20. If your order was placed between 3/12 and 3/14, your order will ship 3/7-3/18. We are manufacturing 24 hours a day to provide the fastest fulfillment possible."
The customer then called on Saturday March 21st at 5:34pm and left a not so nice message and requested that her order be canceled and refunded. This request was done at 11:08 pm same day. The phone number she is listing is through our website to send SMS's only and not for receiving phone calls. I do have documentation for every time and date provided in this statement upon request.

I got a refund. I am now accepting company' answer, since I got the refund. I am adding anyway my comments at situation, I believe my email on Saturday 21 to company with my filing complaints made the company to provide a refund. Before receiving their letter of apology all I had was a fake link to my order, the company did not provided the phone for consumers, the info how to cancel and how to request a refund. Anyway since I got a refund I am satisfied and accepting the outcome now. Attached is a snapshot from ***, where initial ad was promoted, and there are several complaints, similar to mine, but anyway, there should be provided a link , phone, info how to make the refund and It was simply none.
