WestIsle Mechanical Services 2004 Ltd.

I was so very impressed with every aspect of the service and installation of Westisle Mechanical Services of my new Heat Pump. It was the week of Christmas and my Heat Pump died. Just as they had quoted me and said that they were going to get the new one installed before Christmas, they did just that.
I highly recommend this company.

I had booked an appointment for a repair estimate for my furnace. I called on Tuesday for a Friday morning service call. Now on Wednesday, I received a phone call from Westisle telling me they had a cancelation and asked if they could come on Thursday.
Because I work in Nanaimo, I said that would be very inconvenient for me and so we agreed to keep the Friday appointment. I should add that she called me at work.
Thursday night, I have a voice message at HOME...telling me they don't work on "fireplaces" ??? Of course they were closed by this time. Friday morning I wait for the furnace tech he didn't show up. I call and the same lady whom I've been talking with say "we left you a message that we don't do fireplaces"
IF repeat IF there had been any conversation about a fireplace then why would she have booked the appointment in the first place ?? She also had a second opportunity to mention the fireplace issue when she called to ask about the re-schedule.. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
