Please see the e-mail records concerning the complaint from **. [redacted]. As you can see our Consumer Support representative was trying to resolve this issue. We do not have a record of the phone communication that took place on 11/30/2013,

In order to resolve this issue, Westinghouse Lighting is willing to replace the fan and offer a $50.00 reimbursement for **. [redacted]'s trouble.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, there is one thing that I need clarification on before I confirm my acceptance. It will be several months before I am able to have the replacement fan installed. Westinghouse has not said what they want done with the defective fan. If they do not want it back, then I happily accept their solution of a replacement fan and $50 for my trouble.
