Review: I purchased a Westinghouse flat screen tv last year. (model# dwm32h1y1) The piece that you hook the cable up to fell off before I could adapt the cable to it. I filled a case to get it fixed or replaced. (It is under warranty) I did this two weeks ago. The company keeps asking me for new information to be emailed including receipts, pictures, the dates. I have provided everything they have asked numerous amounts of times. I even have confirmation emails of the things they are requesting. I'm getting really upset and I'm feeling as if the don't want to help. They keep just telling me to send in the info over and over.
