outcomes which are not guaranteed, and it unfortunate to hear that you are unhappy with your contact lens service and vision after your examinations, even though we have requested that you return to our office so that we can correct the problem if you were not satisfied.  Since this is the first time we have been made aware of your dissatisfaction and desire for a refund, we are more than happy to refund your April contact lens examination fee.   Our office manager will be contacting you to help resolve matter and wish you the best.
