We have investigated this claim and come up with the following conclusions: We can not see any previous damage to the car when entering the tunnel The car was loaded properly on to the conveyor with no issues We washed several hundred cars that day with no other issues The height of the car allows for adequate clearance to go through our wash The customers was not aware of any issues when they left our locationIt was until several miles away that they noticed any issue with the car We have talked over the phone and and we are still willing to have the customer bring the car in once the damage to the car has been fixedIf our wash touches your undercarriage or rips it off again we will pay for all expenses to the vehicleIf the customers is unwilling to bring the car in, we will have to formally deny the claim for the reasons above
