Mr*** had been talking to *** *** about taking his Pontiac Grand Prix and boosting the engine to super charge engine. Mr*** and Mr*** knew of each other before Mr*** worked here. Mr*** sold Mr*** a super charger for $1500.00, and
told him all the parts needed to convert the engine. All previous calls and conversations were between the two parties. Mr*** checked in the car on 11/7/to start the conversation on the engine. He gave the parts list he needed to complete the job, *** *** the manager priced the parts and explained to the customer and got customer approval. All was good until time of payment, customer began calling for me the owner *** *** and complaining of all the money he spent. With Western Tire & Auto he prepaid $and still owes $and is refusing to pay. Customer also had an outside source tune the car and re-program the computer to have the software loaded for a super charge engine. Mr*** made an agreement with us to pay the balance at the end of January 2017. He had a friend lawyer call us and ask for more time which was granted. He came in with his friend lawyer and complained his car does not run right now and is not going to pay money owed but has not returned the car for us to check it out. He is welcome to bring the car back for us to check out but must complete paying his bill for the parts first
