Western States Propane

As a long time loyal customer to Western States Propane, I feel that their employee, whom I?ve asked for every time I?ve contacted Western States going on 9 years gave me false information regarding a 55.6% computer error in relation to the propane left in my tank. Had I known during those phone calls that there was a 55.6% error on her computer, I would have pushed harder to get my propane tank refilled. As a senior, going on 80 years of age, with two hip replacements and limited mobility during winter weather conditions I relied upon her expertise and recommendations. Because of her failure to inform, I suffered severe stress and anxiety during a time of the year that is meant to be joyous. I was fearful of pipes freezing, propane leaking and simply the fear of the unknown. Then to add further stress to an already stressful situation, the owner of Western States Propane threatens to remove my tank one day after I finally got heat and hot water back. At my age, my time on earth is not guaranteed. I consider these the bonus years and I have to say without doubt that this has been the most stressful situation I have endured in my lifetime.Desired Settlement?
