I had a conversation with Dr [redacted] regarding this compliant just after billing After our discussion he seemed to understand my explanation regarding our pricing model Here is my view of what transpired...WSES was contacted by Dr [redacted] Real Estate agent in late March this year to provied pricing for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment We did not solicit Dr [redacted] for this contract, rather his agent came to us In response to his request we provided a quote for the requested service detailing exactely what would be provided Dr [redacted] then accepted our proposal on March 30, and we proceeded to execute the contract in a very timely manor and delivered the completed document on April 14, Only after receipt of the completed document did Dr [redacted] contact me about the invoice and pricing level We then had a conversation regarding pricing models and how, for WSES, this is a fairly fixed price offered and accepted by anyone who decided to do business with us I also explained that in the environmental services business, pricing variance can be a much as 20% to 50% to 100% or more based on a particular companies business model He seemd to understand at the time but was, apparently, not satisfied Also during our conversation he indicated that at sometime, date not mentioned, he had found pricing less than the quoted and accepted amount but apparently decided not to take advantage of it We have a long service histroy with various commercial, governmental and private entities in the Rogue Valley and also with most if not all the local Real Estate companies.If Dr [redacted] was not satisfied with the pricing for the product he purchased I would have thought he would have contracted elsewhere[redacted] ***President
