Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Its been about weeks never got a phone call after leaving messages over and over and Mack fairbank left messages and only response is when I contacted you guys Revdex.com then charged me dollars to take the thing out when he could of done that in the first place he told me and Mack that he had a opening the next Thursday and we dropped it off on a wed I would like my money back for poor serviceSincerely,*** ***

Then you can call Guardian Interlock and ask them for your money back! And why are you writing this? your not even the customer!

When customer dropped off the vehicle I told them that the work they wanted done was not what I normally do and that it would be awhile before I got to it. I was about 1/to weeks out at the time. I apologize for not returning your phone call in a timely manner, I was closed all of
last week and have not been able to respond to all messages that I had when I returned this morning. the IID is removed
