Billed for services not performed, which I paid and requests for refund have been ignored. Also, payments I made were applied to wrong invoices. I was billed a total of $40.42 on a statement dated 3/31/15 for 3 services performed ($5.63, $21.56, $13.23). On 4/21/15, I called about one of the charges ($13.23)because the ins co had issued a revised EOB showing that the amt due was only $7. I was told to reduce my payment by $6.23, send a check for $34.19 & enclose a copy of the revised EOB. I mailed a check for $34.19 & the EOB on 4/21/15 & it cleared the bank on 4/25/15. On 9/11/15, the ins co revised the EOB for another one of the charges because the services were never performed. The original amt due was $21.56 & and the revised amt is $0. In Oct I called requesting a refund and was told that I owed $42.78. On 11/3/15, I requested that my acct be audited and again requested a refund. I was told that it would take 30 days to complete the audit. They also told me they had applied my original pmt of $34.19 to the $5.63 charge and $28.56 to the $13.23 charge (which really was a $7 charge). That should have left credit of $21.56. Yet, they insist that I owe them $42.78. On 12/17/15 I called for an update on the audit since 30 days had passed & was told that they have at least 45 days to do an audit. I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me she would arrange a meeting with the ins co and A/R the next day to review my account and would call me to give me an update on 12/22/15. Today is 1/4/16 and I have not received a call, nor have I received the $21.56 refund I am due. Desired SettlementImmediate completion of the audit of my account and refund of $21.56.
