Review: I canceled my subscription and was told a credit of 13.22 would be applied to my credit card. After 3 weeks no refund was has been made. I contacted them and was told company policy denies refunds. However they will not provide me with that information. They stated it was on my order form..BUT I would have to REORDER the item again to see this statement leaving me again with a NEW subscription.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card or send me a check for the 13.22.
