This student requested and was granted an administrative drop for the summer course he signed up for, and he was reimbursed all of his out-of-pocket payments to the university, less a $non-refundable payment plan fee. This reimbursement was processed on June 9, 2016. All students
receive information about the last day to drop courses with a 100% refund. In this case, the student would have been informed that the last day to drop his course with a 100% refund would have been 6/1/- which was the same day that he enrolled in the class. He attempted to drop his course on 6/3/16, which was two days after the deadline. Nonetheless, he was refunded as described above
