few months to accomplish the work.  The management office is just waiting to receive the recorded amendment to the declaration from the attorney office.  Once received a copy will be mailed to all current homeowners of record.  Once all of the association legal bills and any other expenses are paid, all homeowners in good standing will received a prorated portion of any association funds remaining.  The management office has been instructed by the HOA legal counsel not to disburse any funds until the dissolution work has been completed.
