Below is the statement from our Federal Way, WA manager where the repossession and redemption took place
To Whom is may concern,
On November 20th [redacted]
[redacted] came in to our Federal Way location to redeem his Ford Taurus. Mr[redacted] wanted to view his vehicle before he signed any paperwork. Mr[redacted] then was escorted out to his vehicle and made a compliant about his front tires saying the tires were damaged from being dragged. Mr[redacted] was upset, and wrote on the bottom of the condition report his complaint and then signed it. I then told Mr[redacted] I would have the two front tires replaced with used tires that had the same tread and ware and his vehicle would be delivered back to him.
Pursuant to Mr[redacted]s complaints we replaced the tires on the unit with tires that were identical to use, ware and make of existing tires. No other promises were made.
The unit was delivered back to Mr[redacted] on November 23, and Mr[redacted] again looked over the unit and then signed another condition report this time not listing any complaints about this vehicle
WIRB considers this matter resolved
Thank you
Rachel H[redacted]

I was misinformed by a hired client of the WIRB that my vehicle could be towed back to my residence for a "small" fee. 24 hours later (after the WIRB had received the release statement from the bank) my vehicle had not been sent back, nor were my phone calls being answered. Several times, my calls were sent directly to voicemail after only 1 ring. This would indicate that the company was purposely rejecting my phone calls. Finally, at 11 am on 9/26 I called the company and spoke with [redacted] (sp?). After she exemplified a rather unique lack of communication skills, she proceeded to yell at me over the phone. At that time, I informed her that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and ended the phone call.
