Great products and great customer service I got a solar aerator, which worked well out of the box They have support in the US, but everything is shipped from the UK I live near Washington, DC, and shipping was reasonable on the product as well as the replacement part One aerator fell off a tube Although the product still worked, they shipped me multiple replacement parts
