I had an occasion to have my 2016 car repaired by Cockrell's Body Shop and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work! Michael took the time to explain the process, interfaced with my insurance company and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. When I picked the car up, after repair, he ensured I was completely satisfied. I would definitely use them again, should the occasion arise. Great staff and technicians.
