I received A loan from this company over a year ago, they did not disclose their apr/interest rate when I applied, which found out a year later was 17%When I asked for a lower interest after a year of on time payments, they said I could refi my loan but it wasn't guaranteed I would get a lower rate, and they refused to send me a privacy policy letterI have been sending extra payments, and I just found out that instead of going to the principal, most of it is going to interest, even though I have written "principle only" on the checks, their excuse was, "the computer automatically does it until we receive the allotted payment due" but if I make payments in the same month, then the extra payments should go to the principal only, not half the interestDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
