This company "Western Environmental," which called from phone number ***, was exceptionally rudeWe do not know the male callers name, as he was too rude to tell us, nor give us any information of why he wanted the owner on the phone and now! I realize that companies may outsource their cold calling, so they do not know who is actually calling potential clients, but you have been provided the phone number and can do a search through your records to see with employee uses this number or which independent contractor uses itShame on your business for blaming it on the consumer for not getting accurate information from the rude and abusive telemarketer whom you employ
