On 12/11/2014, I purchased a course #SS5103170, titled Cost Principles for State and Local Governments and Nonprofit OrganizationsPursuant to regulations there is a one year time period for completion of the courseOn the company's website, there is a customer page that lists information on courses purchased included in which is the course expiration dateI have a screen shot available that lists 12/11/as the course expiration dateIn good faith, I planned my busy schedule around my day off of 12/11/to submit my examination with reliance on the posted informationHowever, when I went to access the course on 12/11/2015, access was denied I was flabbergasted when e-mailed by Hannah S***, "The expiration date you are seeing means that it expires by 12am of 12/11/15." Had this information been, more clearly stated I would have taken shifted my schedule to finish up the course on the previous weekendAlthough Hannah S*** was polite and professional in her responses, the
