We inspected the vehicle and verified that the vehicle would not start. Upon further inspection, and taking a fuel sample from the vehicle, we found that the fuel in the fuel tank appeared to be E85 fuel, or the fuel was somehow contaminated. This is the reason why the vehicle will not start....

Unfortunately, putting the wrong fuel in, or putting contaminated fuel in, is not covered under Nissan's New Vehicle Limited Warranty because the failure was due to outside influence, and not a factory defect. The customer is more then welcome to contact the gas station where the fuel was purchased, or to contact their insurance company in regards to having the vehicle repaired.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't TRUST THIS STORE/EMPLOYEESI entrusted the car of my car...

with Nissan, without informing me they let someone else work on my car, they refuse to take responsibility of the problems that I am having with my car, of which I was not experiencing, before bringing it to them. They admitted to sending it to Cassidy Tire Co. for the alignment, therefore allowing someone else other than a Nissan Mechanic to TOUCH the car, NEITHER can they say that a Nissan Mechanic was present to SUPERVISE the job. I took it to a certified mechanic and was told the alignment was never done, Mr. Rich [redacted] agrees also after HE DROVE IT HIMSELF he also agreed to replace the part that is missing in the front of the vehicle, he was not able to explain why the strange "towing device" was found in the car, because he said,the car was not towed. I was also told that the reason that the car was making the loud noise was due to "an exhaust flange" being burned off/away.as I stated, I never had any of the problems before ( LOUD NOISE, SHAKING STEERING WHEEL AND PULLING) someone did something to cause these problems to my car, and they cannot be trusted. I deserve justice.
