My email address is [redacted] and I am head of customer service and technical support for the operation.Regarding being located in Cyprus, that is actually our previous Financial headquarters which have now relocated to United Kingdom owned Virgin Islands. We have a Support Centre located in The Philippines a previous US territory. Research & Development is done in Israel and our parent company is London Stock Exchanged listed.This situation gives our company a bad reputation and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in trying to get to the bottom of this.
