Western American Loan

Western American loan continues to harass me by adding $102 to a closed account. This company is shady. I sent my complaint to the attorney generals office today, hopefully they can help, otherwise I will keep looking to make sure they stop.

This company placed a 30-day late payment on my credit reportI was never lateThey told me that I needed to write the credit bureaus (*** and ***) and dispute the late report and that they will remove itThis is a lot of work to do since the credit reporting companies make it extremely hard to remove the negative itemsThe process take long even when you have all the proof neededI feel like since it was the company's error, they should do all of the contacting and waiting days or more for the credit agenciesAll of this on top of the fact that the whole reason I took out a loan was to build creditNow I am being denied a position working in the auto insurance area with a Major company because they saw this on my report and it is not even true that I am lateThey office person was very nice and tried to be helpful, but this does me no good whatsoeverShe also stated that they had some type of computer error that caused thisThanks a lot

They told me that I needed to write the credit bureaus ([redacted] and [redacted]) and dispute the late report and that they will remove it. This is a lot of work to do since the credit reporting companies make it extremely hard to remove the negative items. The process take long even when you have all the proof needed.
I feel like since it was the company's error, they should do all of the contacting and waiting 30 days or more for the credit agencies. All of this on top of the fact that the whole reason I took out a loan was to build credit. Now I am being denied a position working in the auto insurance area with a Major company because they saw this on my report and it is not even true that I am late.
