Cliff S [redacted] recently corrected a construction error on our roof Ours is a concrete tile covered roof Gaps in the roofs plywood base at the roof's peak were up to Inches apart and covered from the elements by thin pieces of tar paper which had deteriorated over the years which allowed rain and melting snow into the house The company's crew members corrected this problem Their work in the careful removal of the tile, placement of the flashing, tarring, and replacing of the tile was done with great quality and in short order They were careful in avoiding breaking any tiles while walking in the roof They replaced some broken tile on other areas of the roof as well at no extra cost to the main job An example of their "going the extra mile" while doing excellent quality work is the following story: Our tile is a hard to find color An employee made a special trip to Reno where he found enough of a very close approximation of our color to complete the job These have blended in on the roof I never cold pick them out Reasonable price, great friendly attitude, Qualty work, great caring employees, kept me informed, I'd recommend him anytime for a roofing job His company will be back on my roof if I ever need it again
