Revdex.com: We have reviewed the offer made...
by Westco Builders Inc in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the stated resolution ("will have the issues resolved in next 30 days. as long as the weather holds out") would be satisfactory to us. We are grateful to the Revdex.com for their assistance and to Westco Builders Inc for their response and promise of action. The damage to our private road by Westco Builders Inc outlined in the original complaint includes the following: 1. Pavement failure at the entrance to [redacted] Hills Ln (where it connects with N [redacted] Rd). 2. Trenching damage where the utilities cross [redacted] Hills Ln (note: a. Westco Builders Inc, proceeded with excavating the road without prior consultation with us; b. Mr. Randy R[redacted], supervisor of [redacted] [[redacted]], confirmed to us that the REC would have bored under the road to avoid the kind of damage to the road that was caused by Westco Builders Inc). 3. Culvert/road damage, described in writing to Westco Buiders Inc on August 31, 2017: "It does look like some machine hit them, & they simply need to be opened up (main part of the culvert looks intact). Four pictures addressing each area of damage were sent in a separate email message to the Revdex.com. We trust that as any final work is completed on the property adjoining this private road, Westco Builders Inc will specifically refrain from purposefully causing any additional damage similar to that described in issue #2 above, without prior discussion and agreement from all owners. We will wait for the business to perform the promised actions and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised we can get back to you at: [redacted]. Regards, [redacted] and [redacted]
Business Response via email. If you want to get back with the neighbors and let them know that work is still in progress and will have the issues resolved in next 30 days. as long as the weather holds out. thank you Jim G[redacted]
