After many calls to discuss and order on aluminum utility trailer I had a money order to buy the trailer which I was assured was high quality top notch etc I travelled to Chilliwak from Gibsons which involves ferry costs and travel time only to find that the trailer ordered was of inferior quality Welds had been heated too much, pitting and melted dimpling, grinder marks to try to improve appearance of inferior weldsI felt sales person totally misrepresented the product and when I pointed out some of the deficiencies he had to agree Was not at all apologetic about it despite the ferry costs and inconvenience, when I mentioned he should return it to manufacturer with some complaints, he said he would not for he can easily sell it for this size was in high demand I felt this trailer was definitely more costly than other similar trailers and did not expect such an inferior product, or lack of concern about it by sales personCan't recommend Westar Trailers!
