GrrrAt this point I had been waiting for over an hourThe person on the phone said some one will be right with youI waited and waited Then I too was given the bait and switchThe appliances I chose were (even with my appliance allowance) $more that if I purchased them else whereAfter being in the store for more than hours I left with my orderI went to another appliance store got a quote and then canceled my order with WestarI went to the builder to tell them of my experienceWestar contacted via email offering me a big discountBasically meeting the other stores price
Now it is five months laterMy appliances have been deliveredThey are the wrong ones! Fortunately I have the documentation and proof of payment

When I arrived at the showroom there was no one at the reception desk to greet me. So I waited, then I walked around. I waited some more. I called while in the store three times before some one answered the phone. I was told I needed an appointment! Grrr. At this point I had been waiting for over an hour. The person on the phone said some one will be right with you. I waited and waited. Then I too was given the bait and switch.. The appliances I chose were (even with my appliance allowance) $1000 more that if I purchased them else where. After being in the store for more than 2 hours I left with my order. I went to another appliance store got a quote and then canceled my order with Westar. I went to the builder to tell them of my experience. Westar contacted via email offering me a big discount. Basically meeting the other stores price.

Now it is five months later. My appliances have been delivered. They are the wrong ones! Fortunately I have the documentation and proof of payment.
