This place has simply gone down in quality and could give a [redacted] *-- about how they care for you. AVOID THE ICU with the ignorant residents that train here. One in particular named [redacted] . She is an arrogant, knows nothing about what she's doing, pompous, and could care less about what you feel about your care here. She is notorious for trying to push unneeded drugs off on you and walk around like she is a god and refuses to listen to what you have to say. She order nurses as if they are her slaves and she is mindless and condescending and should not ever work with patients or their families. She should be in a back warehouse where she is far away from health care. She is the reason people don't trust doctors. She gives it an absolute bad name and needs to be far away from here and others like her to bring this place back up to the standards it used to have. We have excellent insurance, and still get crappy service with the residents interfering and overriding doctors orders, as if they are trying to prove a point. They have been notified verbally and in writing to stay away and they were rude and disrespectful about following those orders. I also discovered blood on a chair arm which I had been sitting in the ICU, BEWARE OF YOUR LIFE HERE!
