Review: I sent a payment for a glass replacement for a client as a gift -- they cashed my check - said they could not do the work due to the type of door. I have emailed - phone - no response. Even sent a copy of the cashed check via email to the owner. Still no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money they took from my check sent to me immediately so that I can gift that to my client.

Review: ORDERED REPLACEMENT MIRRORS AND INSTALLATION AND WROTE CHECK FOR $200 OF $426 ORDER ON 3/26/15 WITH PLANS TO DELIVER AND INSTALL ON 4/3/15 AT 1 PM. CHECK WAS DEPOSITED BY BUSINESS ON 3/27/15. AT 1:25 PM ON 4/3/15, I CALLED BUSINESS AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL AS NO ONE ANSWERED AND NO ONE HAD ARRIVED TO DELIVER AND INSTALL MIRRORS. I CALLED BUSINESS AGAIN AT 10 A.M. ON 4/6/15 AND SPOKE WITH STEVEN WHO STATED HE WOULD CALL IKE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND CALL ME BACK. AT 12:30 PM, I CALLED BUSINESS BACK (AFTER NO CALL BACK) AND WAS TOLD BY STEVEN THAT HE'D JUST SPOKEN WITH IKE AND THERE WAS A DOUBLE BOOKING OR ERROR WITH FRIDAY AND TO SCHEDULE ME FOR 11 A.M. ON 4/8. NO ONE SHOWED UP ON 4/8 AND CALLS TO THE BUSINESS INDICATED THE NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED. WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT BY THE BUSINESS TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE, THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR INDICATING THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED DUE TO PHONE ISSUES AND WOULD RE-OPEN. I PLAN TO CONTINUE TO TRY TO CALL THE BUSINESS AND WILL GO VISIT 4/10/15.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE EITHER MY MIRRORS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ASAP AS PROMISED OR A REFUND OF MY $200 ASAP.
