James is professional and courteous. Great to work with, free estimate, and all the people involved with our project were professional and cheerful.

When James and his co-worker Chris from West Plumbing came to do estimation, I got some doubts. The first thing that confused me was their age. I did not think that these kids could do something right what I needed. After his estimation, I was not sure whether it was a fair price or not. I invited another estimator who looked like a “shark” of plumbing. But, his estimation was significantly higher than James’. Everything looked good for me. Finally, he came and did really a good job. Time to time, I was observing how he was working: he looked confident, mindful, and focused. He looked like a surgeon who knew what he was doing. I am very satisfied with his work and wish him the best in growing his plumbing business. Will I invite him if I need plumbing services again? Yes, I will.
