West Plains Marine And Rv

Review: took my boat for repairs in may of 2013. they still have it and it stillisn't fixed. one excuse after the other, I bent over backwards. found andrundown parts for them. granted there are, were some big issues, but theparts new and used were available. it involved going to some co. they had no acct. with, now up front money from them. I pd for them and shipped totheir door. the last part needed I found but they have not moved on it. sayits the wrong part. can't be, it's used but off the same identical engine.if this is the wrong part, then I have the one and only engine like in theworld. I didn't bug them since sept. 2013 because I had hip replace surgery. they keptthe boat, winter is slow for them but this is now feb.2014. I would like myboat back within a month, running, like I asked. another boat repair placewill not take it because it's been worked on by west plains marine.they will not respond to a phone call or email. Do not ever take anything to these people. Had my jet skis there two different times and never fixed the problems. Was lied to multiple times about what they had supposedly fixed.. There famous for saying oh sorry bring them back in and we will make it right, Please don't trust these people have heard other stories from different people who had the same problems!!!!
