I recently hired West Ottawa Sprinkling to install the underground sprinkling system for my new homeWorking with them was a very pleasant experienceI was impressed and felt an extra layer of confidence when they worked with the builder to obtain the survey of my lot and located the metal surveyor stakes buried undergroundThis ensured that all of their work was correctly installed within the bounds of my propertyThey stopped by my home a couple times to take measurements and contacted me beforehand so that I was aware they were stopping byThey showed up on time and the entire 6-zone system was done that day including the plumbing for the vacuum pumpAfter the work was completed, one of the guys knocked on the door and offered to go over the work they had performed and to teach me how to use the new sprinkling controller, rain gauge sensor, and adjustment of the sprinkler headsHe provided me with the manuals and adjustment tool, and patiently answered my additional questions about the controller and winterization processThey even pre-programmed the controller for the future hydro-seed, so that all I needed to do was simply turn on the systemLater on, after the job was completed, the sales associate I originally spoke with asked me to confirm that someone had answered my questions and demonstrated how to use the system before leavingI appreciated the follow up and level of communication throughout the whole process, so that I always felt informed with what was going onLooking at the other sprinkling systems in the neighborhood, I have to say that I think mine provides the best yard coverageI am very proud of my new underground sprinkling and will recommend this business to anyone

The receptionist is extremely rudeWe were late making our payment because, well...life(a newborn!)...and when we called to pay it she was extremely disrespectfulI don't care how late someone is on paying their bill...that does NOT give you license to treat someone that wayOur bill is paid, but we will NOT be hiring these people again
